Shipping Policy

1. Order There are 3 possibilities to place an order: - by phone, - by Email, - through the onlineshop. In case of an order by e-mail or through our onlineshop, we confirm by e-mail the order before we ship. If a customer tell us an e-mail adress while he order by phone, we will also confirm this order by e-mail. Should a customer tell us a wrong address, e-mail, phone or any other customer detail, we won't shop this order. 2. Shipping costs For deliverings within Austria we always charge the real shipping costs, except the order amount is more than € 100,00, then we don't ask for shipping fees. For deliverings within the EU we charge the real shipping costs, outside the EU we choose the cheapest shipping method. 3. Payment Right now we offer 4 ways to pay an order: - Moneyoder (by banktransfer to our bank account before shipping), - Cash On Delivery (only for customers based in Austria), - Paypal (before shipping), - cash by self-pickup at our warehouse. If the order is paid by Cash On Delivery, we have to add some extra costs for the fee the post is asking from us. Attention: Please choose a payment method, where we don't have to pay fees. That's why we prefer for all customers from Switzerland payments by credit card / paypal. 4. Shipping Our packages are delivered by GLS Austria or Österreichische Post AG. Self-pickup at our warehouse only possible after agreement!
